2007 STOCKHOLDER'S MEETING A HUGE SUCCESS

     The annual DEPCO Stockholders & Directors meeting was held in Santa Rosa, California on December 8, 2007.  Those In attendance included all stockholders of record, the directors and several family members.  
     At the stockholders meeting, the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws were amended to increase the maximum number of Directors from five to seven.  Thereafter, an election of Directors was held. The five incumbents were re-elected and Destin and Max Moulton were elected to the Board.  
     At the Director's meeting, Destin was appointed as Technical Advisor and Max was designated as Webmaster. Following the financial and farming reports by Taxman and Presidant Simpson, a junior stockholder, John Marshall, made a presentation explaining the Iowa Harvest Scholar's program. Destin and Max explained the new website and the steps that will be taken to implement the new  Quick Books accounting system. 
     Following the meeting, chef Mark Simpson hosted a memorable seafood dinner at his home which featured boulabase soup, dungenous crab, shrimp, prawns and a host of other culinary delights. 
     A good time was had by all.
